2. Reservation & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by Eagle Black Limo via email or SMS.

Submission of a booking request or payment does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability, routing feasibility, safety considerations, or operational constraints.


3. Services Provided

Eagle Black Limo provides luxury transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers
  • Point-to-point service
  • Hourly / as-directed service
  • Corporate travel
  • Weddings & events
  • Long-distance transportation

Flight tracking is included for airport pickups when valid flight details are provided.


4. Pricing & Billing Structure

4.1 Hourly Service
  • Minimum booking may apply
  • Includes 20 miles per hour
  • Additional mileage: $3.00 per mile
4.2 Wait Time
  • Billed at $100/hour, in 15-minute increments
4.3 Overtime
  • Billed at the standard hourly rate ($100/hour)
  • Applies after scheduled service time ends
4.4 Additional Charges May Include
  • Extra stops
  • Parking fees
  • Tolls & express lanes
  • Wait time
  • Overtime
  • Cleaning or damage fees

All additional charges will be added to the final invoice.


5. Payment, Deposit & Authorization

5.1 Full Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking request submission.

  • The full amount is applied toward the total service cost
  • Submission of payment reflects the client’s intent to proceed but does not guarantee booking acceptance until written confirmation is issued by Eagle Black Limo

In the event that a booking request cannot be accommodated, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5.2 Additional Charges Authorization

By providing payment details, the client expressly authorizes Eagle Black Limo to charge the same payment method for any additional costs incurred during or after the service, including but not limited to:

  • Wait time
  • Overtime
  • Tolls and parking
  • Extra stops or route changes
  • Cleaning or damage fees
  • No-show or late cancellation charges

Such charges may be processed after completion of the service without further authorization.

5.3 Final Charges & Adjustments

The total service amount may be adjusted based on actual service conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in duration
  • Modifications to route or stops
  • Additional services requested during the trip

Any applicable adjustments will be reflected in the final invoice.


6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Refund Processing & Transaction Fees

Refunds requested due to client-initiated cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.

For cancellations not resulting from Eagle Black Limo’s operational fault, refunded amounts may be reduced by any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees incurred at the time of the transaction.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or SMS).

6.1 Airport & Point-to-Point
  • Cancel ≥ 2 hours → payment refunded
  • Cancel < 2 hours → 100% charge
6.2 Hourly & As-Directed
  • Cancel ≥ 24 hours → payment refunded
  • Cancel < 24 hours → 100% charge
6.3 Long-Distance
  • Cancel ≥ 24 hours → payment refunded
  • Cancel < 24 hours → 100% charge
6.4 No-Show

Failure to appear within the applicable complimentary wait time, without communication confirming that the client still requires the service, will be considered a no-show.

In such cases, the full-service amount will be charged. Additional waiting time may be offered and billed accordingly, subject to availability (including the absence of subsequent scheduled trips).

Failure to appear without proper cancellation = full charge applie


 7. Wait Time & Airport Policy

Airport Pickups

  • 45 min (domestic)
  • 60 min (international)

After that:
Wait time billed at $100/hour (15-min increments)

Clients must provide correct flight information at least 12 hours in advance.

Flight delays are accommodated only if accurate flight details are provided.


Other Pickups

  • 10-minute grace period
  • Then billed at wait time rate

8. Pickup Outside Chicago (Deadhead Policy)

For pickups or drop-offs outside the Chicago area (including suburbs and extended service regions), additional deadhead mileage fees may apply.

These fees will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation whenever possible.


9. Late-Night Surcharge

Applies between 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • $25 per trip (point-to-point)
  • $25 per hour (hourly service)

May be waived for contracted or corporate clients.


10. Tolls & Road Fees

All tolls and road charges are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.


11. Vehicle Use Policy

Alcohol

Alcohol consumption is permitted only in compliance with applicable Illinois laws and at the discretion of Eagle Black Limo.

Smoking

Strictly prohibited.

Food

Light snacks permitted; excessive food consumption discouraged.


12. Cleaning & Damage

Cleaning fees are not capped and will be charged based on actual condition and cost.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Interior damage
  • Spills
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Repair and downtime costs

13. Child Safety

  • Clients must request child seats in advance
  • If using their own seat client is responsible for proper installation
  • Client is responsible for securing the child

Eagle Black Limo is not liable for improper installation or usage by the client.


14. Service Disruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Accidents
  • Events beyond control

In extreme situations, services may be:

  • Delayed
  • Rescheduled
  • Canceled

15. Lost Items

We make reasonable efforts to return lost items.

However:

  • Recovery is not guaranteed
  • Eagle Black Limo is not liable for lost or forgotten items

16. Client Conduct

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.


17. Holiday Surcharge

A surcharge may apply during major holidays or peak demand periods and will be disclosed at booking.


18. Gratuity (Chauffeur Tip)

A suggested gratuity may be included in the quoted price as part of the total service estimate.

Gratuity is not mandatory and may be adjusted or removed by the client upon request prior to service confirmation.

Clients may also choose to provide an additional gratuity at their discretion based on the level of service received.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, any gratuity included in the quote is considered a recommended service charge and not a required fee.


19. Liability

Eagle Black Limo is not responsible for:

  • Missed flights
  • Missed appointments
  • Indirect damages

20. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Jurisdiction: Cook County, Illinois.


21. Privacy Policy

We collect and use client data strictly for:

  • Booking management
  • Payment processing
  • Communication

We do not sell client data.
