Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation terms
By reserving with Eagle Perspective LLC (EagleBlackLimo.com), you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
2. Booking Confirmation & Availability
All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Confirmation is only valid once.
EagleBlackLimo.com (Eagle Perspective LLC) issues written confirmation by email or SMS.
Quoted rates are based on the information provided at booking and are subject to adjustment if trip details change.
3. Services Provided
EagleBlackLimo provides luxury transportation for airport transfers, point-to-point service, corporate travel, weddings, special occasions, and long-distance trips etc. Flight tracking is included for airport pickups to adjust for early or delayed arrivals.
4. Add-Ons & Extra Stops
Additional services such as car seats, booster seats, Meet & Greet, or extra stops are billed separately at published rates. Clients must request these in advance where possible.
5. Wait Time Policy
• Airport pickups include a 45-minute grace period for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after actual arrival time. For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period applies. Clients are responsible for providing correct flight numbers at least 12 hours prior to pick up. Delays caused by airline schedules are not penalized as long as communication is maintained. After grace time expires, Extra Wait Time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the prevailing rate.
• For point-to-point and hourly bookings, a 10-minute grace period is provided. Additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments
Clients who fail to appear without notifying us will be considered a no-show and billed the full fare.
6. Alcohol, Food & Smoking Policy
Passengers are not permitted to consume alcohol inside the cars as per Illinois state law. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Light snacks are allowed, though food consumption is discouraged to maintain vehicle cleanliness. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
7. Cleaning & Damage Fees
A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will apply for spills, stains, excessive debris etc. Higher amounts may be charged depending on actual cleaning costs. Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during service, including repair and downtime costs.
8. Safety & Child Seats
Clients are responsible for requesting child safety or booster seats in advance, in compliance with Illinois law. EagleBlackLimo provides such seats upon request at an additional fee.
9. Hourly Booking Mileage Allowance
• Each hour of hourly booking service includes up to 20 miles of travel. Mileage beyond this allowance will be billed at the applicable excess mileage rate.
Clients are encouraged to discuss estimated routing with the chauffeur or dispatch in advance to ensure transparency. This policy helps us maintain vehicle condition, fuel use, and fair access to all clients.
10. Pickup & Drop-off Outside Chicago For reservations with pickup or drop-off locations outside the city of Chicago, a deadhead mileage fee may apply. This covers the distance traveled by the chauffeur to reach the pickup location or return after drop-off when those miles are not part of the paid client route.
Deadhead fees will be calculated based on travel distance and time required and will be disclosed at the time of booking whenever possible. Please inquire during reservation for a precise quote.
11. Late-Night Surcharge Policy
To ensure our chauffeurs remain alert, rested, and ready to deliver exceptional service at all hours, a Late-Night Service Surcharge applies to any trip that begins or ends between the hours of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM (Central Time).
Surcharge Amount: A surcharge of $25 may be applied per trip or per hour, depending on the service type (point-to-point, airport pickup or hourly), and will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
Applies To: All services (airport transfers, hourly bookings, and special events)
Automatically added to: Final invoice or booking confirmation.
Exclusions: Clients on pre-arranged corporate contracts or event packages may have this fee waived depending on terms.
This policy aligns with industry standards and helps us maintain safety, service reliability, and driver performance for our valued late-evening and early-morning travelers.

12. Tolls and Road Usage Fees
All tolls, road usage fees, and express lane charges incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the client and added to the final invoice or charged to the payment method on file. EagleBlackLimo utilizes a commercial toll transponder system to ensure the most efficient routing and to reduce travel time whenever appropriate.
Clients may request a toll-free route at the time of booking; however, EagleBlackLimo cannot guarantee exact travel times or mileage when toll roads are avoided.
Toll charges are calculated based on actual route usage and are not included in hourly or flat-rate pricing unless explicitly stated.
13. Service Disruptions
While we strive for punctuality, EagleBlackLimo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In rare cases of extreme weather or city emergencies, services may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty.
Should a vehicle become unavailable, we reserve the right to dispatch a vehicle of equal or greater value.
14. Payment & Authorization
Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of service unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
We accept all major credit cards, Cash App Pay, PayPal, Zelle etc. and offer custom invoicing for our corporate clients.
A suggested gratuity of 20% is appreciated but remains optional unless prearranged for group or specialty services. All rates which are inclusive of a 20% standard chauffeur gratuity is not retained by EagleBlackLimo (Eagle Perspective LLC) as company revenue. This portion is remitted in full to the chauffeur. All prices quoted by EagleBlackLimo (Eagle Perspective LLC) are all-inclusive and already include a standard 20% chauffeur gratuity. There is no need to tip additionally unless you choose to.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required to confirm booking. By providing payment information, the client authorizes EagleBlackLimo to process charges for services rendered, including additional fees such as wait time, extra stops, cleaning, or damages.
• Bookings under $120 (Airport or Point-to-Point): No deposit is required. A credit card pre-authorization will be placed 24 hours in advance. This is not a charge and will be released if not captured post-service.
• Hourly Bookings (2+ Hours) or Trips Over $150: A 50% pre-authorization will be placed 24 hours prior to pick up time. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged 24 hours in advance. The pre-authorization will only be captured upon completion of the service. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full fare may be charged.
• Weddings, Events & Premium Charters: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation from EagleBlackLimo. The remaining 50% balance will be pre-authorized on your payment method 7 days prior to the scheduled service.
For trips with flexible end times (e.g., hourly charters), final charges may be adjusted based on actual duration.
15. Cancellations & Refunds
Sedan & SUV Bookings
• Chicagoland Point-to-Point / Airport Trips
Complimentary cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Long-Distance or Far-Area Pickups
Complimentary cancellation is available up to 2 hours plus the estimated travel time (deadhead) prior to pick up.
• Hourly Reservations
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a 100% charge.
– Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to pickup will incur a 50% charge.
Group & Specialty Bookings
(Weddings, corporate events, Sprinter vans, and large-capacity vehicles)
– A minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations.
– The exact cancellation window may vary depending on demand and will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or SMS) for recordkeeping
16. Liability & Force Majeure
EagleBlackLimo is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details. EagleBlackLimo is not liable for missed flights or connections due to conditions beyond reasonable control.
17. Conduct
Unruly, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Chauffeurs may terminate service if client conduct threatens safety. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
18. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
19. Personal Data & Privacy
• Information We Collect
– We collect personal information necessary to provide services, including name, contact details, payment information, pickup/drop-off locations, and special requests (e.g., child seats).
• How We Use It
– To confirm and manage bookings.
– To process secure payments.
– To communicate with you regarding reservations, delays, or changes.
– To improve our services and client experience.
• Data Protection
– All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
– Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant (Payment Card Industry) third-party providers; we do not store full credit card numbers.
• Sharing Information
– We do not sell or rent your personal information.
– Data is only shared with service partners (e.g., payment processors, affiliate operators) as required to fulfill your reservation.
• Client Rights
– You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@eagleblacklimo.com.
– We comply with applicable privacy laws, including Illinois law, U.S. federal requirements, and (if applicable) international standards such as GDPR.
🚘 General Vehicle Availability & Booking Confirmation Policy
At EagleBlackLimo (Eagle Perspective LLC), we are committed to delivering a premium and seamless transportation experience for every client. To ensure the highest level of service, all reservations are subject to final confirmation based on vehicle availability and operational conditions.
📅 Why Confirmation Is Required
Our luxury fleet, including high-end SUVs like the 2025 Lincoln Navigator L, operates on a carefully managed schedule. Because we prioritize punctuality, safety, and exceptional service, we do not overbook or overextend our chauffeurs. To maintain this standard: All ride requests, whether made online, by phone, or through concierge partners, are manually reviewed and confirmed. Requests are not considered finalized until a confirmation is sent by email or text from our team.
📍 Areas Requiring Manual Review
Certain pickup or drop-off locations may require additional confirmation due to: Route complexity or high-demand timing Service limitations in select neighborhoods or remote areas Safety protocols or client-specific requirements We reserve the right to review and accept or decline ride requests based on real-time vehicle availability and driver safety considerations.
⏱ Response Times
Standard ride requests are usually confirmed within 15–30 minutes Complex bookings (e.g., multiple stops, non-central ZIP codes, or late-night pickups) may take up to 2 hours for confirmation.
Urgent or last-minute bookings are subject to chauffeur availability and may be declined if conditions do not meet our service standards
